CABASSON

Cabasson is a quiet hamlet in the small town of Bormes les Mimosas, in a preserved site, in the middle of authentic wine estates and in a spectacular and one of the most beautiful stretch of the southern French Coast. Far less busy than the sometimes crowded coastline of the eastern Côte d’Azur and St Tropez, this stretch of shoreline with its rocky outcrops and sandy coves, is a rare tranquil retreat. The village of Borme-les-Mimosas sits nearby, with its abundance of flowers lining the narrow medieval streets.

THE  BEACHES

  • Beach of Cabasson

375 meters long, this sandy beach appears after crossing small sand dunes covered with vegetation , where you can sit sheltered from the wind.

  • Beach of the Fort de Brégançon

225 meters long, this pebbly and sandy beach can be accessed by Cabasson beach. Located close to the Fort and just after beautiful  fishermen huts, it offers great views of the Cabasson bay and the Giens peninsula.

  • Beach of Estagnol

475 meters long with fine sand, the Estagnol beach is reachable by car (access and pay parking). This family property since 1830 remains beautifully preserved. With its shady pine forest, the Estagnol park borders the most beautiful white sand beaches of the Mediterranean. Its shallow lagoon, surrounded by wild nature, is perfect for young children. From the Cabasson beach, the Estagnol can be reached by a track along the shore (one hour hiking on paths and rocks).

  • Beach of Pellegrin

870 meters long, with fine sand the Pellegrin beach is reachable by car (access and pay parking). Belonging to the Leoube land, and located west of the town of La Londe, this huge sandy and pebbly cove is surrounded by a dense vegetation with dunes and pines. Off the beaten tracks and near the Wine road, this beach has kept its wild character between sea and land.
